Hosting and domain fees |

- You provide the photos (any size)
- Photos will be enhanced and sized as needed by us
- You provide the text for each page
- You provide me with a link to your calendar
- I will customize our basic design with colors and design elements appropriate to your property wtih your final approval
- All work is done be my personally. You have one point of contact to manage the development of your site, with the oppotunity for input as to the customization and style of the design elements for your site
- Hosting fees, domain purchase and set up for the first year $100. Thereafter annual prices to be determined by hosting and domain service, generally a total of approximately $50/year. Your credit card required to set this up for you. Alternatively, you can set up the domain and hosting yourself and simply supply me with login details.
- Payment via credit card using paypal or by check

Property only: $1,500*
Location/Neighborhood only: $1,500*
Both Property and Location/Neighborhood: $3,000*
- Prices do not include travel expenses which would be added
- Accommodations in the property itself are preferred to get to know the property and assist in/create the text and all content for the site
